We look after a small collection of self-catering apartments in and around Motherwell and Bellshill. Every one is cleaned to the same standard, checked before every arrival, and looked after by the same people who answer the phone.
How we work
Small enough to answer the phone
We run 4 apartments in and around Motherwell and Bellshill. That is deliberate. It is a number we can keep on top of — the same cleaner, the same standard, the same person replying when you message about a late arrival.
Every apartment is a whole self-contained flat with its own front door. You get a real kitchen, a washing machine, and space that a hotel room does not give you, usually for less over a week.
We list on Booking.com too, and plenty of guests find us there first. If you book on this site instead, the commission comes off the price rather than going to a platform.

What to expect
- Beds made and towels out before you arrive.
- Keys and access instructions sent the day before check-in.
- Parking included at every apartment — no permits, no meters.
- Longer stays are priced separately. Ask and we will quote you.
- Contractor and relocation bookings welcome, with invoices on request.
- Pets at some apartments, by arrangement. Just ask first.
